[09-10 October 2025] The International Buyer-Seller Meet 2025 of the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences (VGRC)

This is to inform that the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, is organizing the participation of foreign buyers in the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conferences (VGRC), scheduled from 09-10 October 2025 at Mehsana, near Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The International Buyer-Seller Meet 2025 is an exclusive platform designed to help you discover new sourcing opportunities and forge valuable business connections in India. This event brings together top Indian exporters and manufacturers across a wide range of sectors, including:

• Agriculture: Wheat, Bajra, Potatoes, Tomatoes, Soybean, Sapota, etc.
• Spices: Cumin Seeds, Fennel, Isabgul, Coriander, Mustard, etc.
• Dairy Products: Milk, Cheese, Milk Powder, Sweets, Butter, etc.
• Automobile: Spare parts and components
• Food Processing: Peanut Butter, Potato Chips, and more

As part of this initiative, FIEO is extending invitations to select foreign buyers who are actively exploring sourcing opportunities in the listed sectors to attend the International Buyer-Seller Meet and benefit from the Hosted Buyer Program. If selected, the following Hosted Buyer Benefits will be given to one representative per  selected company:

The registration deadline is September 20, 2025. All applications will be reviewed by the screening committee, and only shortlisted buyers will receive confirmation.
