Ground Breaking ceremony of construction of Cham Community House

Ambassador P. Harish visited Ninh Thuan province and took part in the Ground Breaking ceremony of Construction Project of Cham Community House at Huu Duc Village in Phuoc Huu Commune in Ninh Phuoc District in the province. This project is the largest of the seven development partnership projects for the benefit of the Cham community, for which Memoranda of Understanding were signed between the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province and Government of India during the visit of External Affairs Minister of India HE Mrs. Sushma Swaraj to Vietnam in August 2018.
