Ambassador Pranay Verma hosted a group of media representatives covering all major media outlets of Vietnam for a traditional New Year luncheon get-together at the Embassy on 14 January 2021. Ambassador thanked them for the important role they played in promoting India-Vietnam ties, which despite the disruptions of #COVID19, remained quite active in 2020 with several high-level engagements, including a Virtual Summit between the Prime Ministers of the two countries in December 2020.
