Ambassador Pranay Verma had an engaging conversation with Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Nguyen Minh Vu on 7 September 2020 covering a wide canvas of regional and international issues of shared interest. Ambassador briefed Vice Minister Vũ on India’s vision of “reformed multilateralism” and shared insights into potential areas of collaboration between India and Vietnam under the rubric of India’s Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative (IPOI) and ASEAN’s Outlook on Indo-Pacific (AOIP).
