Ambassador’s Meeting with Chief of General Staff of Vietnam People’s Army

Ambassador Pranay Verma had a productive meeting with the newly appointed Chief of General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, His Excellency Senior Lt. Gen. Nguyen Tan Cuong at the Ministry of National Defence in Hanoi on 16 July 2021. They expressed satisfaction at the growing momentum of India-Vietnam Defence Partnership and looked forward to closer engagement to further enhance the scope and depth of bilateral Defence engagements.
