Ambassador Pranay Verma met with the Chairman of the External Relations Commission of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Central Committee Member, H.E. Mr. Hoàng Binh Quan on August 14 in Hanoi. They discussed recent positive developments in India-Vietnam relations and committed to work together to further enrich the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
