Ambassador called on the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Vietnam, H.E. Mr. Pham Binh Minh at the Foreign Ministry in Hanoi on 20 September 2019. They discussed wide-ranging bilateral cooperation and regional and international issues of common interest. The DPM and FM conveyed satisfaction at the recent momentum of high-level exchanges and a series of positive developments in the Comprehensive Startegic Partnership between the two countries.
